cycling off letro

How do you properly cycle off letro? I'm currenty taping down letro right now over the coarse of five days....when do i add the nolvadex ? How much nolva do I take to not get a rebound effect?

No I'm not currently cycling. I've never done a steroid cycle as a matter of fact....I got gyno from a prohormone cycle I did last year so I started taking letro to get rid of the gyno...I've been on letro for 8 weeks now (at 2.5mg per day) and my gyno has gone done considerably but not completly gone. I don't think it will get any better than it is right now. Should I be on the nolva while i'm taping down from the letro or wait until i'm done with the letro? Also, should I run the nolva 40/40/20/20 or just 20mg all the way through?

dang, 2.5mg a day for 8 weeks is pretty intense.

Are you insane?

I suggest starting at 20mg ED for a week and then lowering it to 10mg for another week. But honestly, it might take longer since youve been on that crap for 8 WEEKS!
