PCT help

Going to be coming off of x2 200mg shots a week of cyp, 1 shot Eq weekly, running the test 3 weeks longer than eq. Hopefully going to have clomid 70ml 35mgs, or I could get 30ml 25mg nolvadex, which would you'll suggest getting??? how long after my last test shot should I start the clomid or nolvadex and how much/how often should i take it??? thanks guys

Pct starts 18 days after last shot of cyp,however I have found personally that I like to start my pct a few days earlier than the half life so I won't be where I have no test in my system by the time I start the pct meds.get both the nolva and clomid and run them for 4 weeks,I run mine like this,

Nolva-40/20/20/20
Clomid-100/50/50/50

If your pct meds aren't doses to where u can run those doses than dose them as close as u can.
