Gyno Questions

My situation at the moment is that Im having gyno symptoms that seem to be getting progressively worse. I believe I had a touch of gyno to begin with either from childhood gyno or possibly from some andro use in 2001 without any proper PCT(totally uneducated at the time). In January I did a cycle of Spawn followed by a legitimate PCT(4 weeks of Nolva at 40/40/20/20) and followed it to a T. Anyone with any advice on what I should be doing would be greatly appreciated. Is it possible I got some bunk Nolva or can gyno flare up regardless of the fact that the PCT was on point?
