What pct wuld u guys recommend for the following cycle?

week 1 - 12 test e 600mg/week pin every 3.5 days
week 1 - 10 deca 350mg/week pin once a week

but on another note

your cycle needs work
- deca at 350 is weak. unless your soley using it for joint relief purposes
- deca shot once a week is a no go. twice a week with test shots
- deca ran for only 10 weeks is worthless. deca doesnt reach fully stable levels till week 6-8. so runnin till week 10 only gives you a few good weeks of use. bump it to 12 weeks. then run the test till 14 weeks

when i say wk 1-4

i dont mean the first 4 weeks of cycle!!

i mean the 4 weeks of PCT

so 2 weeks after your last Test E shot

you start PCT which then means you start Week 1 of PCT

you get it?

so your not runnin novla with deca

This is not for me as i am running testvar&winny cycle and have my PCT sorted.

Im getting mixed answers in regard 2 deca & test.

So the nolva will not cause hassles?

All my research ive done was fortest only cycle, and what ive read is that deca & nolva is a no-no.
Im not questoning ur answer, i would just like to know as 2 educate myself.

k. im gonna go slow....

deca and nolva are a no no.
but your doing PCT. which means the deca is out of your system
so the deca and nolva will not interact cuz there will not be deca in your body by the time you start your PCT

and hcg is good. but i would only run it the last 2 weeks of your cycle

not during PCT

its not good cuz it mimics the affects of LH and such. so your body will not want to produce its own Lh and such which is the whole point of PCT
