    Question PCT befor bedtime?

    i herd of ppl taking there pct right befor they go to bed so they dont fill the side affects? is this true? and would it be better to take it befor bed time wen are body is getting the rest it needs ?

    Yea you still might have sides but if you take them before bed then you can most likely sleep through the worst of them,I take all mine right before going to sleep.
