1-12 weeks 500 mg per week test enth.
3-12 weeks 25 mg for every day proviorn.

my pct plan after 14 day fvorm my last injection shot
from 12-16 weeks 40 mg of novldex
12-15 week 1000ui every day +high dose of vit E
so what is ur opinion is what i do is enough for recover from these long cycle ?any another opinion is welcome

I agree you will need clomid also. Nolvadex by its self isn't a strong enough pct

not necessarily. clomid does things that nolva can't. keep reading.

I would listen to the wise and knowledgable posters above.

I am not trying to talk down to you my friend but its "clomid," not "clomied." It will help you to find the drug if you know how to spell it, hehe.

Secondly, as stated above multiple times, you should use both if your focus is on maximizing your PCT recovery rate. It is all up to you though.

Clomid may come with nasty sides such as mood altering, bad acne, and vision problems (man I get the blury vision bad myself). This is why some use nolvadex alone. However, I am assuming you are not choosing to avoid clomid for these health reasons.
