My 2nd Cycle - Test E 500, Deca 200 and Dbol
Hi
I'm 6 ft, 185 lbs, body fat 14%
I'm currently in my fifth week of
Week 1-4 40mg Dbol
Week 1-12 500 Test E
Week 1-12 200 Deca
Nolvadex 1-12 20mg ED if needed
PCT:
Clomid
Nolvadex
HCG
I thought I would record my progress as I continue with this cycle.
Its now 5 weeks since I started and I'm feeling big, yet defined. My arms have grown from 13 inches to 15.5 in 5 weeks and my chest is hell a lot bigger. My lifts have increased and I am getting bigger pumps. My diet has not been the best for various reasons but it seems that I am making solid gains.
My first cycle was test e 250 and deca 100 for 10 weeks and my gains were great but I lost around 40% as a lot of it was water gain. But this time its different I'm not like the Michellen man even though its a bulking cycle. My arms, back and chest are looking very defined and the best I've seen. (I'll upload pics very soon). I'm struggling with my chest in comparison on the gains made elsewhere.
I'm having mild side effects, My arms and shoulders became quite spotty but that is clearing up now and it seems like my hair is thinner so I bought some Nizoral shampoo (Ketoconazole) so I hope that works. I've also got a pot belly from water retention/bloat, any advices on how to get rid of that would be great.
I'm going to improve my diet, and go all out for the last 7 weeks so I can improve my gains. My target weight is 200lbs and I feel like its achieveable. After this I plan to take a 6 week break then start another bulking, I keep hearing good things about boldenone and deca and then after to cut ready for Summer 10.
Overall I'm feeling good and I'm liking what I see, going to train all out over the next few weeks. Any questions then fire away?

I've just recieved my HCG aand it doesnt look right as I have only 3 vials of 1500 I.U. I asked a friend to hook me up some for a PCT and he said this was sufficient when running with clomid and nolva yet it seems like a small amount. How would you suggest I run my PCT with the things I have at hand.
3 vials of HCG
30 tabs of Nolva 20mg
30 tabs of clomid
The message he sent me is below:-
you need box of hcg (3 shots) box of tamoxifen (30)tablets & box of clomid (30) tablets.fater ur last shot of gear have 1 taxox & 1 clomid a day for 30 days.10 days after ur last shot of gear have ur 1st hcg,then 2 days later have 2nd shot of hcg,then wait another 2 days n have ur 3rd n final shot of hcg,this is the best PCT mate
Finally
Is it true that I should stop the deca 2 weeks before the test or the other way around?

Ok So I have 1500 IU per amp, So I should take the recommended amount as stipulated in your thread. So I presume I keep the opened amp in the fridge in between injections, as I will only be using a small does out of each amp each day. I also presume that injecting into the thigh is fine.

Hey BiggieSmallz
As you can see above, I'm doing alright. My diet is no where near good enough. But I seem to be making sold gains compared to the watery ones I mad on my last cycle. How much weight have you put on so far? Whats your diet like? If possible could you post a daily example of what your eating?

Hei Nottz, Ive made about 3pounds so far during the first week but it could be due to the water weight. Diet has been clean so far and am looking forward to a cheat day. Here's a sample of my diet bro:
Morning
-7.30:1 scoop protein shake
-8.30: 4 whole eggs 3 egg whites, Oats
Mid day snack
-10.30: Yoghurt, 1 granola bar
Lunch
-12.30:2 chicken breast plus one cup of brown rice and spinach. Multi-Vitamin pill
Afternoon Snack
-3.30: 1 can of tuna 1 large yam
Dinner
-7.00: 2 chicken breast with spinach and cup of brown rice. Multi-Vitamin pill
Supper
-10.00: Cottage cheese 1 cup with soy milk
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pre workout
- 3 slices ofwhole wheat bread with 1 scoop of whey protein
-
Post workout
- 2 scoops of weight gainer and 1 scoop of whey
- Jelly or muffin
Lemme know what yours is like cuz i need to learn what others are eating too.

Hi
So everything is going cool, Im starting to dislike the bench, I've tried all techniques and mixed them around with my personal trainer but my arms take 90% of it and my chest gets the measly left over. Started using those weighted cables cross over machines and I can really feel the chest working, it pumps my chest right out and I'm prefering different variations of this excersize . e.g having the cables high, middle and low and doing them seated or standing up alongside the other chest excersizes.
I have few questions for u guys. I checked my weight today and BMI etc. I have lost another 3-4% of body fat in the last 5 weeks and my body weight is still around 186lbs. I am physically a lot bigger and stronger and people keep commenting how big ive become.
I run 3-4 times a week and I do Muay Thai training. I've been told by a friend that I should drop all cardio now for the final 4-6 weeks of my cycle to see maximum gains.... is this right? I don't want to be the pot bellied big boys that I see at my gym I wana stay lean and shape up at the same time but I want to see a few more gains on my shoulders, back and chest.
I'm happy as I believe I've found a way to get bigger but lean at the same time, kinda like a bulking and cutting diet together which I am liking alot. I'm just hoping their solid gains, which is questionable due to my diet and cardio.
I've also been told that I cannot start my PCT until I've been off deca for 4 weeks and that I should use Dbol again or tren during the 4 weeks off the other stuff and stop this 5-6 days before I start the PCT. Is 5 weeks off dbol enough rest? I don't really thinks so..... Can someone please confirm if this is right as Im recieving so much conflicting information.
If someone could plan out my PCT with the info above I would be so grateful, coz its making me go nuts.
Also does someone know where to buy those resealable vials? can't find them on any of the UK websites, hoping some across the pond can help.

My daily diet is not good but it looks like this:-
1st Meal - Big bowl of Oats
2nd Meal- Before work out Protein Shake (with 2 bananas, 2 eggs and peanut butter and a bowl of Oats)
3rd Meal- 2 tins of tuna, 4 slices Wholewheat Bread.
4th Meal, 3 chicken breast, brown rice, broccoli,
5th Meal Protein Shake

Add some eggs to your oats in the morning. Scramble them and mix them with the oats and some flavouring.
You should be drinking 1-2 shakes per day. I have one in the AM and one PWO. Thats it. Possible some casien before bed.
You need to add in more solid meals.
I use canned Tuna as a snack inbetween meals. But my meals consists of chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish, with quinoa, barley, brown rice, sweet potato, white potato, with vegtables and healthy fats, such as oliv oil, avardo and some other fats. I also consume 5-8g Om ega 3 with every meal.
1-2 shakes and 6-7 solid meals and you'll grow, I promise you.

thanks for the advice... so shall i stop the cardio? also can sum 1 please work out a pct for me wiv the stuff i have... im struggling big time to sort this, so much conflicting info...

Ok today my nipples are looking puffy, they;re not sore and theres no lumps but they look slightly puffed up.
Advice?
