    Unhappy acne at the cycle

    hi every body i am suffering from the acne when i use deca +test
    how can i clear off this problem , usually i use nolvadex in the cycle
    is there anything reduce appearance of acne?

    They make acne-specific bodywash and tanning always does the trick for me.

    A friend recommended me to use dawn and to my surprise its helped tremendously

    dawn may help but you need to identify why you r getting the acne. are you using any anti e's if so what? hate to say it but truth is alot of friends and people u meet in the gym dont know shit

    Now for the worst news: Deca is a progestin (as are all nandrolones), unfortunately; it happens to stimulate the progesterone receptor 20% as well as progesterone itself (3), and this opens the door for many possible unwanted side effects (water retention, acne, etc…). The first time i ever tried deca i did one ml and my back blew up with acne it may be the progesterone and there are thinhs to combat that

    do those help prevent the problem or contribute to it? by anti e you mean an AI right?

    people have said this before and i'll confirm it. shampoo with ketoconazole such as nizoral does work well to fight the back acne.

    Nizoral helped me with my acne.

    Wash with it EOD in the shower. Apply to the area and leave it on for 3-5mins. If you use it too often, it will dry the skin out and may irritate.

    Accutane also cleared me up. Start at 20mg/EOD IMHO and see how you get on. After 6-8 weeks, I was clear.
