HCG - See if I understand (With Picture)

Ok so this is my 5000iu of HCG .
I see that I have 5ml of water and I am guessing a 2ml vail (Is that right?).
I will take the water, measure and mix it into the vial.
Once the two combine I now have live HCG.
This needs to be stored in the fridge and used within about 30 days or so.
If I want to take 500iu of HCG I would take 1/10th of the vial (assuming 2ml vial) that would be .2ml (note the decimel) which is two of the smallest lines on a 3ml syringe. All good?

if you put 2ml of water in the hcg you would have:

5000iu/2= 2500iu/ml or 250iu per 1/10th line on a 3ml syringe.

if you want 500 then yes you are doing .2ml or 2 lines on a 3ml syringe.

This though should be done sub-q and not IM unless you wanted to do something like 2500iu. That would be too much water under the skin and would leave a lump.

Put the water in the hcg vial. Leave it in there and draw it out with a slin pin back to the 20 line. This will be 500iu and is a much faster and easier injection.

I got lost here. "slin pin" and "20 line". Is this a insulin pin? If so I can get.

leroy you are correct. you would have 2500IU/CC you want a fifth of that so .2cc
