PCT starts tomorrow and I'm slightly confused on clomid

Ok my pct starts tomorrow and I've seen SEVERAL dosing recommendations for clomid.

My cycle was 12 weeks of 500mgs/wk test E

I did HCG for the last week of cycle and these last 2 weeks (3 weeks total) at 500iu a day. I was unable to get the hcg until then, and ppl said it would still help even in the last 3 weeks before PCT.

My main problem is I have seen too many variations on clomid dosing for pct. I've seen 100mg/day for all 4 weeks, 100/50/50/50, 50 for all 4, 50 for 1-2 and 25 for 3-4, etc.

What would you all recommend I take?

Also I'm planning on doing l-dex @ 25mg/day and nolva @ 20mg/day for wk 1-4, is this ok ?(this is going off of pheedno's guide)

definitely go with the clomid dose 100/50/50/50 and you should be fine. Good luck with the pct.

Clomid doesnt need to be run at 100mg/EDm unless you have been on cycle for many months and havent used HCG IMHO. When user's exceed 50-100mg/ED, thats when Clomid's nasty sides come into play.

25-50mg/ED is plenty. 50mg/ED for 1-2 weeks followed by 25mg/ED for 3-4 weeks.

Thanks all, i ended up basically doing it like swifto suggested. (and holy crap lion's clomid is HORRIBLE tasting)
