pct suggestions for test-e and dec cycle

does anyone have a good pct cycle for a deca and test-e cyle.i am 33 5'5 185 lbs. 10% bf and will stop running my cycle at the end of february. it will be a total of 14 weeks. running deca at 450 mg a week and test at 650 mg twice weekly.decent diet and at least 185 grams of protein a day.any suggestions appreciated. thanks.

very good link, definitely go with clomid and nolva for your pct, that should be all you need.

yeah i totally understand to go with nolva and clomid but how much ? how often ? what time? etc. i hate to sound like a dumb ass but im trying to learn.

Those numbers represent the dose each day, per week.

So for your first week of pct you would take 40mg of nolva, and continue like that until the end of the week. Next week you would dose at 20mg every day.

thanks d7m but a couple more ?' s if i may how long after my cycle ends should i start and are ar-r 's liquid products good for pct and if so what is there equivalent to nolva and clomid ? i dont see it if they got it.

Start your pct 2 weeks after your last test injection.

(Fyi...I would run the deca only to 12 weeks, and the test to 14 weeks, if that is your plan).

Ar-r is good to go.

nolva is tamoxifen citrate; and clomid is just clomid on their site.

Adex is an AI; you should take it in case of any estrogen related side effects while on cycle.

A good starting dose is .25mg EOD.
