Need help with cycle/pct!!

I will be doing sust 250/dbol /HCG for 12 weeks
FYI: im not gyno prone....

WK 1-4 I will do 30mg DBOL
WK 1-12 I will do 500mg/wk sust 250
WK 1-12 I will do 500iu/wk HCG

now my question is during my cycle should i be taking anything else to help wit the HCG? like vitamin E or an AI? if so what AI can i run that i can get from arr? and at what dose?

next question is when should i stop taking the HCG/AI? im thinking either the last day i shoot the sust, or 72hrs before PCT?

last question is what would be a good PCT? i have plenty of clomid/nolva...but at what does should i take it, and for how long.

with the HCG do i use a insulin needle? and where is the best place to pin it?

HCG can raise E levels, so it would be wise to have an AI on hand, like adex (l-dex at ar-r ).

You can use the HCG right up until pct, which would be 18 days from your last injection.

HCG can be administered sub-q (with a slin pin) or IM. And yes, you can put it in the same syringe as your sust.

I've had good success with this pct:
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

So do i take the adex ed @ .25mg for the duration of my cycle or should i just take it if i notice sides? and also that l-dex from arr, how do i use that so that its .25mg? its listed as 1mg/ml...is that stuff injected or drops oral?

the arr liquidex is the same as adex, and its oral, you can measure it out with an oral syringe.
