Arimidex for PCT?

hey guys,
my very first cycle is approaching as im trying to add size for next season....im running a very basic cycle of test e for 6-8 weeks....and then a pct of nolva (40, 40, 20, 20) and clomid (100, 50, 50, 50).....and thats all if I'm correct supposed to start 14 days after my last shot? why is that? can i start it any sooner?? I also heard to use about 500iu a week of HCG while on cycle....do i continue that up to the start of my pct? someone said arimidex is good for the 14 day period between my last poke and pct....what does it help to do?? thanks any input appreciated.

bro you definelty need to run your cycle longer then 6-8 weeks with test e. Your first cycle run 500mg test e every week for 12 weeks with this pct
Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

as for the arimdex i am going to leave that for someone else I think you should get some nolva and clomid you dont want to completely shut down estro during pct.

Only use arimidex only if needed while on cycle.

Ya, you may want to or not it will help with the blot and any estro sides that may come. What does your diet look like, your first cycle with test 500mg ed for 12 weeks you should grow like a weed.

Give us some stats so we can help a little more, it sounds like you need some help a 6-8 week long ester cycle is not very effective.
