d-bol deca stack question?

my buddy's doing a stack of d-bol 50mg oral daily for 6 weeks and deca 1 injection per week for 10 weeks. He's now on week 6 and has nolvadex planned to start on week 8 for one pill a day for 4 weeks. but now he's being told you can't take it with the deca because it contradicts some of the side effects? any advice on what the proper PCT should sound like?

Firstly d-bol and deca is a dreadful cycle need test !!
Secondly why is he starting nolva at week 8 he only needs it on hand during cycle for gyno symptons and/or for pct which should be week 13.

i know for a fact hes been researching something new everyday and im sure anyone can agree that the info on this stuff differs anywhere you look so he wanted me to try and get more reliable advice from someone who knows by experience i know this is the best place to get it. he just wanted to know why he was being told by his supplier that he cant take the nolvadex when all the research hes done contradicts says different. apparently hes been feeling the gyno here and there and the clomid is not the best to treat that.

If he's been researching heaps and comes up with a deca only or d-bol only cycle then he has problems.
Why is he researching through you get him to come on here if his serious about it.
He can take nolva during cycle if he has gyno symptons and no clomid is for pct not during cycle.
