    so confused plz help

    I just see so many different things on this forum, I don't know which to follow. Gonna run a 10 week test prop cycle, possibly deca . Can someone please double check this for me.




    clomid-100/50/50/50
    nolva-40/40/20/20


    hcg 250 iu's 2x week 2-10 (is this enough?)

    armidex on .5 every other day
