Pct - need help for sust 250 & deca 300 therapy

hi

i am taking my second course and am on 1ml of sus 250 & half ml of deca 300 every 3 days. i am running the deca for 10 weeks and sus 250 for 12 weeks.

i am just wanting to know what is best for pct i have hcg and tamox but not sure what doses.

can some one please help me, i live in uk and carnt find a good site like this!

i have been trying to get clomid over here too but carnt get it thats why i only got hcg & tamox.

You should be using the HCG now, when "on" and the Tamox during PCT.

Search and read the sticky's on PCT (mine) and HCG too.

just been reading. i am only still in first week so when should i start hcg then in week 4 or before that? because i am in uk i am strugglin to get clomid so will just tamox be enough for pct?

Start your hcg now..

I suggest HCG be used at 125-250ius 2-3 times weekly (as per Dr.Crisler's advice) with an AI throughout the cycle lasting 6-12 weeks. This will maintain testicular size and function and prevent testicular dysfunction. It should also be noted that administering over "500ius will cause an increase in estrogen and progesterone, further hindering recovery"

cheers for that will start straight away twice a week. can i just ask you 1 more thing.
my best mate is having just a 12 week course of sust at 1ml every 3 days just wanted to know if he needs hcg as well or if its just tamox for after?

Again he will need both nolva and clomid for pct, hcg is optional but a good option...
