Confusion about PCT after 10 week Sust250 Cycle - Please help

Hey!

I am in week 5 of my sustanon 250 cycle. Now, I keep hearing different opinions on PCT. At first I thought I will have to do Nolvadex and Clomid...now I hear that it doesn't make sense to use both substances, but only use Nolvadex.
What is true and will I need something else?
I want to make sure I keep most of my gains. I understand I have to wait 3 weeks after my last injection to start with the PCT, what dosage should I run the compounds?
