    pls criticise my cycle n pct

    CYCLE
    Test ent. - 300mg/week x 10 weeks
    arimidex - 0.25mg/ ed (if needed)


    P.C.T.
    Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
    1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
    4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
    5 20mgs/day


    my question
    1. how long shuld i use arimidex in cycle when the problem persist. ( i'm gyno prone )
    2. wat's the best substitute for aromasin in my pct since it's very expensive n hard to get. what about proviron ??

    and pls do criticise my plan if u have anythg to say.

    5months.... i started frm 160lbs to 194lbs within 5monts only wif protein powder. then i stopped for 2 month i droppped abt 16lbs, i also stopped eating properly... hope goin to start again soon

    You aren't ready for steroids yet. You haven't given yourself enough experience in training, variations of training routines, nutrition plans, ect. The first year of training will bring some quality gains naturally. Besides, steroids aren't for the novice lifter by any means.

    Get back into training regularly. Get yourself on a diet regimen designed to suit your goals. Your gains will come.
