    Just a Question

    What do you think powerlifters that sit around 20 to 30% BF do to prevent gyno? Just a thought.

    Nothing. Their large amount of BF covers most of their Gyno.

    yah I was just reading up on some stuff and was thinking, Most people pushing close to 1000lbs bench obviously are having some help. maybe there is some tricks we can use. LOL

    Just because they carry some excess body fat, does not necessarily mean they are going to get gyno from cycling.
