    PCT Need advice

    Hi everyone, I am new to this site and pretty new to body building...I am starting a 8 wk cycle of Deca & Restandol (Andriol ) and I want to know if I need to take PCT in order to keep my gains? Any advice is welcome thanks....
    Oh and also how to find this question and answers after I return once I log out???

    yea we need to know more about your history!!! And yes no matter what you take you will need pct.

    Hey guys thanks for the reply’s ok well I have been exercising for several years on and off but never used gear b4 so I want to try now anyways.. my stats...
    35yo male
    5’9’’ height
    158lbs weight
    Body fay hmmm don’t know % but very little
    2-3 years regular
    6-7 years on off
    Why is it a terrible cycle? The cycle is...

    Ok, for a start and for future sake, start reading the educational threads. Not sure where you got this template but you'll understand why it's garbage once you research.

    In the meantime (assuming you are trying to bulk) spend some time gathering information on a nice diet plan. You have a lot of room to fill out on your frame. This is more than possible with nutrition and training alone. You can always head to the diet section and post what you are working with there. Have it critiqued, make the necessary tweaks, then apply.

    Since there is already a thread here, I'm on my second week of a test cyp cycle just looking ahead, What PCT do I need when im done?

    weight: 186 lbs
    bf%: 12 (last time i checked)
    cycle: got a suggestion from a friend I have 2 bottles of test cyp
    dosage: starting at 1ml(250mg) a week
    diet: i maintain 6 meals a days every 2 hours with healthy high-protein carbs(rice,potatoes,oats) with as much fruits and veg for snack or on the side of a meal as best i can.

    Goal: 200 lbs bf% under 10

    let me know if you need more info

    Help would be much appreciated thanks!
