Pct for my cycle of susta and deca

I'm planning on starting a cycle this week. 700 mg of Sustanon and 700 mg of Deca /week for 12 weeks. I'm also taking 0.5 mg of Arimidex every day during the cycle.

Should I still go for the HCG and Nolva as PCT? Because I read that arimidex and nolva don't go together?

I think HCG is better used on cycle, with Nolva for PCT.

Bodyfat: 8%


This would be my third "real" cycle. Last one was 12 weeks of 550 mg testo enanthate every week and trenbolan (don't remember that dose).

My aim with the 0.5 mg of Arimidex every day is to keep estrogen levels down and to prevent gyno and not to retain to much water.

What do you think about the dose of 750 mg EW of susta and about 500 mg of Deca ??? Should I increase the Deca?

If it were me id drop the test to about 250mgs ew to allow the deca to do the work and as D7M says use your hcg during your cycle and use nolva and clomid for pct...
