PCT with this cycle

16 week Omnadren 16 week Deca

this will be the 4th cycle ive done, but the last cycle i did was about 5 years ago. seems like as far as anit-e goes, alot of new info has surfaced.

i was going to go with the standard .5mg eod of L-dex on cycle and clomid/L-dex for pct, but from all the researching lately ive done, its making my brain rattle....

what is the best/correct anti-e to take ON cycle, and post cycle?

clomid and arimidex is not a good pct.

IMO i would go:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

i have ran that exact in the past... now how about the L-dex during the cycle @ .5mgs eod? is that still the thing to do

Wouldn't know. I've always ran an anti-e on cycle. The last time I used L-dex, others I've used nolva and or nolva/proviron combo.
I want to be safe rather than sorry so I def want to run something...

Then yes if you are that nervous go for the .5 mg/eod. If you are less worried maybe try .25 mg/eod at first and see if you have any issues. It can inhibit gains so less, if you can get away with it, is better
