Gyno after PCT
Well, I´ve ran into trouble this time alright...
Ran a 6 week cycle, tbol @ 50mg and test prop 125mg EOD... PCT was clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. I´ve ran a small HCG dose twice a week @ 500ui and I never really felt shut down through PCT, it was a breeze. Nothing anormal or anything. 2 weeks now, after PCT is done I´m feeling a sudently estogen rebound. I have some hot flashes during the day and at night, and I´m starting to feel a small lump under my right nipple.
I´ve jumped on Nolva @ 40mg again. What is the protocol in something as this? Can you give some advice?
I have Letro just in case. Should I start tapering on it?
Thanks in advanceLast edited by Mo-I-KaN; 04-08-2011 at 02:49 AM.

I would actually continue the nolva at 20mg/ED for a few weeks before considering the use of letro.

I thank your advice. I'll keep taking nolva for 15days and see if the small bump clears... its my 4th cycle but i've never used aromatizing steroids till this test prop one and i never had estrogen related sides or rebounds... this sucks.

Can I have some more advice? It's been 5 days and I see no signs of it reducing...
How long should I run the nolva before considering the use of Letro?

There's numerous studies that show how effective nolva is (and much less harsh than letro) at treating gyno, but the effects aren't immediate--that is why I said stay on the nolva for a few weeks.

yea I would continue the nolva for a couple more weeks, then maybe time for the letro.

FYI, the studies were for 2-12 months on Nolva! A few studies do mention that the bulk of the reduction occurrec in the first 2 months, and much less reduction was noticed in months 3-12.
