    HCG left out

    I left out a bottle of HCG (post constitution) for 36 hours without refrigeration. Can I still take it and will it still be effective? I know it should be refrigerated, just forgot to put the bottle back in after my last shot. Thanks.

    I have read that anytime after 24 hours it should be discarded. That is the rule of thumb i would use personally.

    Yea, HCG is cheap relative to how vital it is. Discard that stuff and mix a new one.
