Nolva on its own?

hey guys

i was just wondering if running nolva by itself is ok for pct

there is alot of mixed messages...

some say just nolva
some both clomid and nolva

so basis of question... is running just one SERM ok??
will it b ok not havin an AI on hand??

thinking about running test E 500mgs (pin twice a week) for 10 weeks
just a little confused about PCT

I have been waiting for my questions to be answered on pct.

I have asked someone who was a Mr Britain and used gear for over 15 years.
Nolva he said if a cycle is 10 weeks at 500mg then Nolva should be fine taking it for 30 days half tab in the morning half tab in the evening
He also recommends HGC during the mid cycle and having at least 10 weeks rest before 2nd cycle after pct course
