Over the counter Tamoxifen or Clomid?

I'm thinking about starting a 3-4 week PH cycle on H-drol or Epistane and was wondering about the PCT. I looked on Wal-mart.com and they have a $4 monthly prescription deal and Clomid, Clomid Citrate, and Tamoxifen are all on there.

For ex, their Tamoxifen 20 mg tabs are $9.00 for 30. JW, is this legit or as using Nolva/Clomid from under the table sources?

You have to get a prescription to get those from wal-mart. They are not OTC.
