Extreme PCT, Needed?

I was wondering what the highest recommended dose for nolva and clomi was. Getting off a 14 week test c cycle and i really wanna make sure I get my shit back up and running if possible. Ive done 5 cycles,*this is 5th* in the last 2.5 years, with appropriate time off in between, and pct after the last two.

Im also wondering what I can do about the depression I get from PCT. Its ****ing brutal and its almost too hard to get out of bed and do anything productive with my day...?

Thats from the Low t... ive read abd tryed 40-40-40-40 or 40-40-30-20.. Ive read that really anymore then 40mgs a day is a waste.. id like to see wat others say
