Nolvadex

im going to be starting my first cycle within the next couple months, and am trying to get some options on what to take for a PCT. I am familiar with steroid use as i have taken a prohormone in the past and know how powerful steroids really are. My main concern is Gyno when taking my prohormone i did not follow up with a PCT "i was only 18-19 stupid and was not prepaired" I was just trying to gain size for my first college football season (that was short lived) i now turned 21 and more mature and responsible. I developed a small lump and some swelling that has been there for the past six months and have done research and some people say it does not go away and some say using nolva had it gone in a month or so. So for my main question I will be taking some test for my next cycle and wanted to know whats the best way to get rid/prevent gyno using Nolva along with stories dealing with nolvaand gyno.
