I have access to clomid nova HCG .
I was thinking 2 weeks of nova a 20mg??????

8 weeks of var is starting to push it at that dose.
in all likelihood, this cycle will shut you down partially, if not totally
therefore recommend a minimal test dose to avoid sides
not an expert with PCT, but suggest with var alone 4 weeks pct

I think the dose and duration of Var is fine.

PCT starts the day after your last Var dose, and could nolva 40/20/20/20.

If I was to add test what dose do you recommend

if you want to offset the potential for getting shut down, and that is the only reason for adding the test, I'd suggest a trt dose of about, and no more than 200mg a week. that should mitigate the risk of sexual side effects, and also expect really no other benefit from the test other than that.

however, if you decide to go down this path, then please have your pct gear ready to go before you start.

var is a mild oral steroid . it doesn't bother some, and others it does. it's the only oral steroid I might consider without test.

I'm going to run Anavar for 8 weeks at 60mg I may bump it up as I go I will be using hcg twice weekly 300iu.


It's a pretty mild cycle could I just use hcg in my pct or should I go with nova and clomid???
