    Clomid and Nolvadex doses

    Can you please give me doses for Clomid and Nolvadex post cycle?

    I just started my first cycle- 250mg Test-E every 4 days for 11 weeks and 30mg a day of D-Bol for first 5 weeks.

    I have Clomid, but if Nolvadex is highly recommended I'm going to get some. I also have Armidex on hand in case sides show up. Just need doses. Thanks.
