    Decode this recommendation

    A very knowledgable member recommended this for PCT.

    "Me I would always follow the standard 100/100/50/50 for clomid and 40/40/20/20 Nolva for PCT"

    I'm having trouble searching for how to decode this way to type it. I have noticed it in multiple threads. I think it means clomid 100mg daily for week 1 and 2 then down to 50 mg daily for weeks 3 and 4. The same rational applied to the nova only in doses of 40mg and then 20mg.

    Am I understanding this correctly? I couldn't PM the other guy as I don't have the post count yet. Thanks
