AI during PCT

i've been using 600mgs a week testc for 8 weeks with tamox 10mgs/ed "swifto set me staight" told me use AI not tamox on cycle.beings i have not been using AI during cycle should i use stane during pct to bring e levels down? if so what dose? and i do plan on using tamox 20/20/10/10 pct.

AI is not for PCT. Dont use it on PCT.

You should add clomid in ur PCT. That dosage of nolva isnt enough....

if i did not use AI during my cycle (due to ignorance) my estro levels are elevated going into pct.tamox/clomi raise test levels i understand this ,however if my e levels are high going into pct stopping aas is going to make my e/t ratios even further out of wack, my estro needs to drop for proper recovery how am i supost to lower estro with out an AI in my pct.
and yes i do understand the importance now of AI during cycle and will use in future.so please address the mistake ive made to help my pct
