what do i do with a-dex 1mg caps?

I am looking to start a test-enth cycle. I have a-dex. I was going to do .25 ED to cut the risk of gyno. Low and behold my a-dex is a 1mg capsule. What would you guys do with this situation?

Open the cap, and play Whitney houston e.g take your credit card and divide it into equal desired quantities. Better yet weigh it if you have the tooling. As long as there are no fillers I guess then you can't be 100% sure the dosage in each divided amount.

yeah Ive done it with crushed pills but to be honest I wouldnt trust some of the ugl's, you dont know how they fill the caps and therefore they may not be mixed evenly, I can think of at least 1 ugl caps that I would put money they just drop filler on top, judging by the state of their labels and shipping

A common filler from a compounding pharmacy in Adex is Lactose.

didnt know that thanks, would a large reputable ugl or research chem site use the same or do you think they will use whatever they can get the cheapest?

and do you know what the reason is for lactose? is it cost or does it have something to do with absorbtion?

Doesn't matter what it's mixed with! Divide the powder into equal portions for an equal dose. I suppose if you're REALLY paranoid, you could stir the powder around first before dividing...
