PCT coming up after my first cycle.... Need advise

Ok so I took my last pin yesterday of Test-E 250. I ran it 2x week for 10 weeks as recommended by most as a first cycle . I'm pretty happy with my gains 15#s of lean mass even though I got injured and was out for 4 of those weeks.
My BOYS shrunk 50% and did it fast at about week 6-7. Now all I had planned for PCT after hrs or reading was a Nolvadex and HCG only PCT. My HCG source dried up and never came through......SO here is what I have on hand now... Someone please tell me what is the best way to use this stuff.
I have L-Nolv, L-Dex and Clen ( was going to use Clen to cut hard after PCT before next cycle) Is there hope in my PCT? I also over the counter Test booster 2TX and Trib on hand. HELP ME STACK this right. I'm nervous as hell.... yes I'm a newb but i listen well.

well if you looked around you would see that the standard PCT is clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. and I would have had that shit mapped out before my first pin.

I looked and read hundreds of PCT layouts. Somehow I ended up reading a convincing article that Nolva would be better alone and clomid was a thing of the past. I'm not as sure now. I listed what I have on hand. I have 12 more days until I start my PCT. I had an AI on hand in case shit got out of control. I "thought" I had this laid out well. What do I do with what I have on hand.......

Use the nolva 40/40/20/20 and its worth try get clomid and HCG

Dont use Adex during pct.

You shouldn't run HCG on your pct. You run it during the cycle.
PCT should be
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomi100/100/50/50

AI's wont help u here.. u need serms man.
