Letro and pct

I just finished my prop/tren cycle but right before I was done I started getting gyno. I'm currently taking 3mg of letro to resolve this. My question is do I start the pct (Clomid/nolva) after I finish taking care of the gyno? I know without being on a cycle then my sex drive will drop with letro but that will just have to be the case for right now. I also have HCG but don't want to start that until after the gyno is gone bc I don't want to make it worse. Any advice on how to run this?
