Question about Aromatise Inhibitors

I am trying to learn as much as I possibly can so please dont flame me on this.

One of my buddies does not believe in Aromatise Inhibitors specifically talking about Armidex. This throws me off because everything I read makes it sound like its a must when using Test. This guy isnt not a rookie either. Long in the game, looks insane, keeps an amazing diet down to the time of when he eats certain macros. My buddy is obsessed with body building, juice and diet. So I am kind of thrown off by him being different on this part of the cycle process

Does everyone using test use Armidex?

It isn't a must, but highly recommended. Basically it's just preference and different schools of
Thought. Some wait for gyno symptoms to appear while others chose to combat it from the start and also to reduce water retention on cycle.

That's the key. Just keep reading and asking questions and soak it all up until you're ready!

My opinion: it is a must-have. It is important to keep E2 down and I don't think waiting for symptoms of any kind is a good idea.
