    Hi everyone... Advice needed

    Hi
    I am doing a 8 week cycle of test cyp/parabolan /anavar at 600 mg/ 225mg weekly and 30 mg anavar every day.

    My trainer said to take a shot of HCG in the 4th week.

    And later another shot of HCG after the cycle.

    Is this as a PCT enough? Is it ok to take HCG during a cycle?

    Please advice me as I am relatively new to this and with limited knowledge. Thanks a lot.

    hcg should be used during the cycle and up to pct
    250iu 2x a week
    do you have anything for pct?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
