    PCT Dosage.....Spread?

    I'm getting ready to start my PCT next week and I'm wondering if the dose needs to be split throughout the day or not. Should I just wake up and drink the 100mg of Clomid and 40mg of Nolvadex or spread the dose throughout the day equally?

    From what I read, splitting it throughout the day is not necessary.
