coming off AIs on cycle and onto HRT

I am just finishing up a cutting cycle of 600mg test e and 400mg mast e per week. I've been running adex at .5mg/day as I am highly sensitive to gyno sides.

Once I am finished I want to return to my HRT (I do not use an AI on HRT). How do I switch from my on-cycle adex usage to using nothing without suffering from an estrogen rebound. I thought about tapering the adex and then running nolva for a couple weeks to prevent a rebound.

I know PCT is not necessary since I am on HRT, but how do I avoid an estrogen rebound?

My experience since starting HRT in 2009 is tapering down too the HRT dose, I feel a little depressed for a few days if I go to quick and then it seems to fall into its groove. I have some Adex but didin't use it because it knocks my libido in the dirt. My cycles are short like 30 days and start tapering back down. About to start a Tren /Test/Mast cutting cycle and follow the same process.
