PCT advice - test c/ dbol

Going to start my first cycle here in a few weeks... Test c for 12 weeks with 5 weeks of dbol frontloading to kick it off.

Can you guys give me some advice on when to start my PCT and recommended amounts? And of what would be best?

Also, I will most likely go through the link at the top of the page for the PCT stuff. Is this a good or bad idea? Anything I need to know beforehand?

I appreciate the help. Again, I'm new so I really appreciate the useful answers and help.
