pct questions

ive been told and have read so many different oppinions on pct. i do realize that its going to come down to the individual..n what seems to work the best..still id like a starting plan. cycle is testc with deca . so in starting my pct should i use tamox alone..or tamox with torem? is one recomended more than the other? also what about the use of stane? appreciate any input

Best PCT is HCG , Aromasin , Toremephine or Nolva

dont run hcg in your pct ..or an ai imo.
Run either clomid/nolva or torem /nolva or torem /clomid
Run hcg and ai up to pct ..then start your serms ....
