should my test levels be low a week into pct?

I just finished up a 500 mg/El sust cycle last month and started pct 18 days afterwards. Pct started last Friday and yesterday I had total test levels checked. I got the results today. My total test levels are 720.
I thought that after all exogenous test was out of my body that I would be at almost nil.
I'm 42yrs old and 720 is within the normal range for my age.
Also, I did not use hcg as I planned. Couldn't get the bacteriostatic water.
Any thoughts on this?

Correction : 500mgs/week of sust.

You could still have been been on your way down. Not certain, but its my guess on timing and numbers.

You need to give it several months for your body to fine homeostasis before you'll get an accurate test.
