Newbie PCT help

Current Stats:
176 lbs
5'8"
14% BF
28 yrs old

Diet:
3k-4k calories per day, I am a chef so sometimes it can be a little more.
1-2 protein shakes daily

Workout:
4-5 times per week, 1-2 hours heavy lifting
2 days a week, 20 min cardio

AAS:
2x week 750 mg Sus 350 blend (started 14 days ago, pinned last Tuesday)

Did not do a PCT when I went off Deca approx 8 weeks ago. I had bloodwork done and the Testosterone levels were way low (1/08/13). So, it's been advised that I come off my current cycle and do a correct PCT. I have Clomid coming in this week. Any dosage recommendations other than what is posted on here? Any other suggestions or related experiences to this? All will help. Thank you

We're you taking 750mg 2x weekly or 375mg weekly?? That and eight weeks is not enough time to recover from the last one as you found out. I would highly suggest you read some of the stickies around the forum and get familiar with the proper protocols to save yourself a headache.

You should try to restart your system as you said with the clomid you have coming but you should also have nolvadex and if possible HCG .

This is ridiculous only 8 weeks ago you came off deca with no pct. Did you run an ai like caber while on at least?your asking for trouble.gain some knowledge 1st.

you def need some HCG
i was shut down for over a year and this following protocol got me back
HCG 2000 iu EOD ( 10 shots) + letro 1.25mg X2/wk
then wait 4 days and do 6 weeks nolvadex /clomid protocol
Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20/20/20
Clomid: 100/100/50/50/50/50

some people do 500 IU HCG for 30 days then start nolvadex/clomid
your choice...

Question about this method, why not start the nolva and clomid at the same time as the hcg?

Pinned 750 mg each time. Thanks for the input. My excitement to get AWESOME and huge overtook my ability to do a little research first. Glad I found this forum. I'm going to order some Nolva too. I hear great reviews on that.

Research will help you out tons! Glad you stopped in too. If you're injecting 750mg twice a week you are injecting well over twice as much as needed. Normally only need 500mg/week total! 1500mg a week is nuts, unless you're Bear or Marcus lol

whats the point of using SERMS with HCG ? hcg will suppress the HPTA it self so its counterproductive
it will mimic the LH which will tell the testes to produce testosterone , its different than clomid, nolvadex

keep in mind Nolvadex has to be part of every cycle
get some from our sponsor, they have top notch research chemicals

Clomid came in today. very fast shipping! Nolva should be here tomorrow or Friday. I put together a PCT plan extracting info from the stickies and from what is on this thread. Going to start 3 weeks after last injection (blend has Deca ).
Clomid: 100/100/50/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20/20/20

Good?
