Getting ready for PCT... Need some workout advise!

I've been doing a cutting cycle of tren and prop with high volume training from Ryan Heughs. It's a lot of supersets and higher reps, but i have 2 weeks left of my cycle and I wanted ot know how i should switch up my training to keep my gains that I have made. Even with the cal deficiency i have gone up in strength every week... thoughts?

    Here is my cycle link
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...=#.URPePaVEF8E

and here is what some of the workout i have been doing look like

    CHEST
    Incline Bench Press: 20, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 4, 4
Take this one to the max! Increasing weight until 4 reps, then 3 sets at 4 reps.
    Incline Cable Flyes: 15, 12, 10, 8
Use the lower setting on cables and flye weight upward for 4 sets, increasing weight.
    Flat Dumbbell Press: 10, 10, 10 x 3
Do these as a dropset. Start heavy and drop twice for one set. Repeat for 3 sets.
    Weighted Dips: 60 total reps
Add weight and get 60 total reps. If you cannot add weight, do without.
    Pec Deck: 100 total reps
Dig deep. Use a lighter weight and focus on form. Take as many sets as needed.

    BACK
    Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20
Increasing weight with each set until 6 reps. then back up with weight. Limited on the
    way back up.
    One Arm Cable Rows: 12, 12, 12, 12
Increasing weight with each set. Start heavy, go heavier.
    ---superset with---
    Straight Bar Pulldowns: 12, 12, 12, 12
Increasing weight with each set. Start heavy, go heavier. Keep chest up and squeeze lats.
    Dumbbell One Arm Rows: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
Increasing weight with each set. Perform these traditionally going to max.

Typically during the recovery phase, or PCT, intensity is the same but volume is decreased to allow you in and out of the gym in approx 40mins. Also, it's important to adjust/increase your cals to reflect your new muscle. And even over maintenance (for new mucsle) is ok temporarily.

Yeah i have heard that. I was thinking dropping the reps to the 6-8 range for no more than 4 sets per exercise

Sorry i meant to include that. Yes, decrease rep range and reduce set volume to allow for very short workout regiments.

Did your cycle and that style overload training produce positive results for you?

Hands down the best thing I have ever done. I maintained my bodyweight 200-205 and lost about 5% bf from 15% to 10

Thank you! So should I stick to the same style of workout but just adjust the reps? I'm open to a different style of training as I think I should be transitioning to a lean bulk.. I would love some insight/ specific workouts!

Haha it definitely did work well. I was thinking of going to a Joe Defranco style for my PCT workout...

Also what other supps should I throw in? I'm going to be doing the Vit C for cortisol control but should I add in creatine or a NO boost?

Is it advisable to do some carb cycling in pct? If so what would my low and high day look like

I use creatine on cycle exclusively and believe it to be very beneficial to strength and mucsle volume. As far as carb cycling during PCT, i would advise not to reduce cals or carb cycle during this period as your body is very vulnerable during this phase of recovery.

Yea I have started creatine, compound 20 and nitrix along with my pct protocol. It's about 2 weeks and 2 days into the pct and I haven't noticed too much of a change except for the insane pump and stamina. Strength is still there
