Low Ts after stack and PCT. Doc has prescribed TRT, advice on stack with this

    Hello All,
Never really had to be involved with forums as I've never had any issues, but as i've now got issues there seems to be some well educated people on here.
I'm a 42 year old male and have trained since 16. my weight varies between 210 and 190 12% depending on my training. (i break from traditional Bbuiliding type workouts every so often and go more cardio/ boxing)
i did my first stack late 20s but didnt really start until late 30s. I've been running a 10 week course with 250 sus and 125 of test e every 5 days. towards the end (last4 weeks) ive been running 50mg of var. Week 6 ive ran 1000HCG EOD (to 5000). PCT of nova and clomid, sometimes with proviron . After this course i always have at least 10 weeks off. Its not a very heavy stack but ive had great results with few sides and low water retention.
After my latest course my levels havnt returned. 10 weeks after PCT i felt like shit and ended up at the doctors, my bloods showed T levels of 4.2, my second was 6.0 (2 weeks later) Doctor got me to see Endo who has prescribed Nabido,
ive given 3 shots with first to be taken today, next in 6 weeks, 3rd 6 after this. He's allowing me to self administer.
    Questions
Any idea why my levels dint return after 4 months
If i take the TRT will i be able to 'stack it'? im not sure how it will work with coming off the other gear as in theory ill still be on. Will i crash?
    Thanks in advance

How about you lay off the "stack" and give your body time to regain its proper hormonal balance. Now that your on TRT FOR LIFE, give yourself 12 months or more to get dialed in. Then if your just hell bent on runnin more juice on top of your TRT then at least your stable and know where you stand. Your levels didnt return because your HPTA suppressed. Geez just wait until the vets get ahold of this one, I can't wait!!

This needs to be moved to the PCT forum.

I will have it moved; you will get better help in there.

Before i'm jumped on! I've done approx 2 stacks a year for the past 3 years with 3-4 months off post PCT. Ive never had any issues. This time i lost 10kg and felt all the symptoms of low T whic i had as levels are really low. I'm not planning on going straight into a stack (it would be stupid as i have to see the endo in 12 weeks. What I'm asking is if and when i want to do a stack how would it work? i mean do you need anything when you stop the additional as i imagine you cant do PCT.

So you just went straight to TRT without trying to rebound your natty test? Idk bout you but if that was me I would opt for a second maybe even 3rd PCT before going on trt....is test all you ran? Was your pct legit and not bunk? I use strictly rx clomid to make sure I restart correctly. Research chems are too risky for me personally.

i've never had an issue before so after 12 weeks i felt i should be tested. Doc said levels were really low so got me to the endo. I'm really not sure how to proceed as the endo wasnt interested in getting me 'working again' as he said it was unlikly to work! the Nebido is basically free so ill keep getting it but Ive still got really low levels so i'm thinking of running the nebido but on nothing else for 6 months then seeing if the endo will get me on pct. Is it worn running hcg during this time? endo wants my levels at 800 ng/dl from Nebido.
