Testosterone extremely high after cycle

Have recently finished a 20 week test e/tren a cycle (8 weeks tren). My second cycle. I'm 24 years old.


Has been 8 weeks since last pin
Did 4 weeks of tamoxifen 2 weeks after last pin

Just got my testosterone levels taken.
My testosterone came back at 40nmol/L (normal range is 12-31.9 apparently). My test was >52nmol/L while on (they can only test so high).

Free test was 605pmol/L which is within the normal range

Was expecting my testosterone to be low if anything. Any ideas what's going on?

Can tamoxifen really elevate levels by that much? Would've though I'd be shut down pretty hard from the long cycle and expected my testosterone to be slowly creeping up. My Testosterone before the cycle was 13.5nmol/L or so from memory.

Obviously something is off if it's essentially 3 times my "normal" testosterone, just curious to know what it could be.

How long has it been since you discontinued the tamox in relation to running your labs?

Oestradiol (estrogen) was 200pmol/L as well (normal range is 28-156), Was 505 during cycle.

SHBG was 14nmol/L during cycle and 63nmol/L (high) in new labs.

Yes your still elevated from the serms. I would wait another 4-6 weeks and run them again to see how you are coming along

Yeah, was planning on getting them taken in a while to see where I'm at. Obviously something is going on.

Just did some reading, apparently SHBG is elevated from tamoxifen which could explain my high levels. Will give it a few more weeks to clear my system then get results checked again. Thanks for your help
