Pct and supplements
Hey guys I am just wrapping up what is probably going to be my last cycle. Availability is slim on everything where I live and I could not put my hands on any HCG this go round to save my life, so kinda nervous about PCT. I do have nolva and clomid ready to go though. This is 4th go at a cycle and it was not the best, but my gear expires soon so I wanted to go ahead with it. The cycle consisted of Test E 300mg 10 weeks, Winn 100mg every third day 6 weeks, and EQ 300mg every third day 6 weeks. Usual cycles would be shorter 6-8 max, but like I said I was wanting to finish soon expired gear. I have gotten some good results with it. I am strong has an ox and I have went down in shirt and pants size with more vascularity and not a pound lost on the scale. PCT is going to start 2 weeks after completion with Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks and then 50 for 2 weeks. Then Nolva 40mg for 2 weeks and then 20mg for 2 weeks. I was considering maybe going 6 weeks on clomid and 8 on nolva. Is this a good Idea? I also have some clen on hand so was thinking about running it early in PCT to hopefully continue to burn fat and maybe preserve some muscle mass. My protein intake is right on and eating clean, but an occasional cheat. I usually take a rest after pct but was considering some erase and DAA after PCT. Never done tests with DAA, but it breaks me out more than gear so I figured it will not hurt. Any other suggestions would help. Thanks Guys.

If you want to extend your pct just run the nolve 2 extra weeks at 20 mg Ed. I would drop the Clomid after 4 weeks

Thanks man. Is there anything else you suggest during or after PCT to help maintain gains. I do realize I am going to loose some. Normally after I do loose mass pretty bad but I do not hurt on strength to bad. I suspect that my diet and cardio probably has something to do with that though.

Get plenty of rest.... you do not grow in the gym so you need to rest harder then you train to allow yourself to recover. Get plenty of sleep and limit your training during pct to compound movements. Try to get your workouts done in 3-4 days ew and do not train more than 45 minutes each session. Keep the calories up and keep them clean

Jim230027 always gives excellent advice.
If you're looking for some supplements that might be good in pct, you could consider maca, vit E, cialis, d3, vitC, b12 injects, arginine, citrulline and DAA. I use them on pct, and like it.
