    Unexpected gyno from Ostarine

I have a quick question because everywhere I search I get different responses. What is the best protocol to reduce on cycle gyno? Is Nolva enough? I'm on 12mg of Ostarine/mk2866 a day for about a week now and have had a gyno flare up which I wasn't expecting for such a mild compound. Any advice on reversing it? I happen to have Nolva on hand so I'm hoping it's enough on it's own.

You should be fine with using nolva for a gyno flare up. Front load 40 mg/day for the first week then taper down to 20 mg/day until everything goes back to normal. Gyno is almost always a sign of a high e2/test ratio and is an indication that AI dosage should be increased. Blood work is the only way to know for sure.

Should I combine the Nolva with an AI milder than letro for the remainder of the cycle. I don't feel like I have any new lumps, seems to be more of a pubescent gym flare up

Whatever you don't take letro. You should probably start a mild AI such as aromasin , but without BW we are only guessing. You should have a sensitive estradiol assay completed to know for sure. In most state you can order BW through privatemd labs online. Last time I had one it was $61.00 after a 15% online coupon. Their turn around time is really fast. If you made an appointment tonight you could have it done tomorrow and would get the results by monday or tuesday.
