    Unhappy how much nolva/arimidex do I take? need to dose today.

    Worried I started to develop the beginnings of gyno.

    So I'm on week 12 @ 400 of test cyp, 350ui HCG E3d, no AI.

    I havent had any issues for 12 weeks, I noticed my right nipple has been feeling different kind of tight/sensitive for a few days & looks different than the other. I may just be a bit overly cautious from anxiety from coming off test, but I think it may be the beginnings of gyno, some fatty tissue starting to build, weird feeling/sensitivity feeling. Since I didn't run an AI I figure my Esotrgen is higher than normal though I didnt have any issues until now. I'm about to start PCT in 10 days so keep that in mind. At the least my estrogen is higher than average.

    Starting Nolva and Arimidex , my blood work should come in later today so I'll be able to know how much arimidex. Taking 20mg of Nolva ED in the meantime.

    Plan:

    Nolva @ 20mg (I read 20-40 but Im thinking 20 will work, opinions?)

    Arimidex 0.25mg ED until blood work comes.
