Where can I buy Bac water that ships internationally?

I'm having a hard time finding a site that sells bacteriostatic water which they can ship internationally. The two websites i found charge a ridiculous amount of money for both the bac water and the shipping.

I buy my bac water from ... well from ... www bac-water ... and the rest for you to find out, otherwise there are plenty places online just practice Lil more on google
